When members of your organization publish a notebook as web tool, its corresponding geoprocessing service is added to a NotebookServices folder in ArcGIS Enterprise Manager. As an administrator, you can view the Item ID for each published web tool and obtain a link to the corresponding item in the organization.
View notebook service properties
To monitor each published web tool in the organization, follow these steps:
- Sign in to ArcGIS Enterprise Manager as an administrator.
- Click the Services button.
The services page appears. On this page, service deployments are organized on their service type tabs: GIS services, System services, and Utility services.
- On the GIS services tab, select the NotebookServices folder.
A list of published web tools are provided in table format. Column names are provided along with a description of what is provided by each.

Item ID | Contains an interactive link to the Item ID of the geoprocessing service that is associated with the published web tool. It leads to an Overview page where additional information, such as service status and owner information, are available. |
