Once Esri has authorized a license for you, you can obtain the authorization file from My Esri (by email, fax, phone, or mail) before proceeding with deployment. Registration requires registration numbers similar in format to ABC123456789. ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes requires a single authorization file in .json format. You can download this file from My Esri.
Note:
When you import a new license file, any user type, user type extension, or app license in your organization is overwritten by the new license file. For example, if you have apps in your portal that are no longer included in your new license file, these apps are removed when the new license file is imported.
