Data and content sharing

ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes allows you to share data and content with other organization members and even other organizations.

First, add content to your organization.

  • Add files and web layers to the organization. (You must be a member of a role with privileges to create content.)
  • Publish layers to the organization. (You must be a member of a role with privileges to create content and publish specific types of layers.) Layers can be added to maps and scenes that you save to your organization, and those maps and scenes can in turn be used in web apps. Maps, scenes, and web apps are also content that you can share.

Once you have content, share it with others in your organization. If your role has privileges that allow it, you can create groups and share your content with those groups, allowing the group members to use your content. If your administrator configured distributed collaboration for the organization, you can share content with collaboration groups.
